Apple iPhone 6S: Can It Win Over Competition?

If Apple intends to keep winning over its competition in the industry of smartphones, then it should get everything right when it releases Apple iPhone 6s and its plus version. The new models would be launched and available for purchase next month most probably or latest by October. Experts say that Apple needs to concentrate mainly on the operational speed on the phone. its competitors have been doing a good job in offering faster smartphones. Apple would definitely not want to be left behind in this aspect. People are giving a lot of importance to speed nowadays. Of course, some of its competitors especially Samsung are are also lagging behind in the speed department. But, Apple cannot afford to be complacent. It needs to be proactive and get things right with iPhone 6s.

Apple should also make sure that battery of iPhone 6s is much better than its predecessors. Apple makes its phones’ batteries non-removable so that people don’t use duplicate batteries on their phones. That is a good move but they also need to make better batteries.

Contracts: What Are They and How Important Are They?

A contract happens when two or more individuals or parties agree on some issue, and need some written legally binding document to confirm the agreement. The contract includes all the details of the parties involved in the business deal, the money involved, the terms agreed upon and other crucial information relevant to the agreement.

Writing a contract is not as difficult as one may assume. In fact, all contracts have a definite flow which is more or less easy to work around.

  • First step would be to align your work. I would prefer a left alignment for business contracts. Place the date at the top right section.
  • Mention the parties. The contract must have all details about the who, what, when, where, why and how regarding the terms of the deal.
  • Explain the deal. Any standard contract will summarize the terms of the agreement, preferably in bullets.

Your task of creating a business contract will be much easier if you find samples of business contracts online. Search for the type of contract you are planning to create and you may come across some templates on the web. Then you may simply modify the contract with details and specifications relevant to your agreement.

Once done, revise and read again. Always remember to speculate the ‘what if’ situations. Clearly mention what happens in case for non-performance, delay in delivering and default.

For larger business agreements, you should review the contract with your attorney to ensure all your terms in the contract are in keeping with the law.

When the final contract is ready, send the original copies to the other party with a short cover letter. The other party should then give his initials on each page of the agreement and the authorized person must sign and date the last page. Each party must keep one mutually signed original copy of the contract for records and future reference.

Remember it is always better to sign after the other party has already signed the contract because that gives you more control over the deal. In case a problem crops up that you think might hamper the terms of the contract, you have the choice of not signing the contract and you have more time rethink the options as well.
